Mr. Allen went from Sports Coach to Mentoring Coach. He's also a Writer, Blogger, Lecturer, Philanthropist, and Activist. He has been featured in various Local and National Newspapers. News and Radio Stations, as well as Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism.
